My Food Philosophy:
I freaking looooooooooooove food. I am obsessed with finding the best, most tastiest, soul-nourishing dishes (with little to no salt) and desserts (without refined sugar) for you. I have personally tried alllllll the diets in an effort to heal my acute knee pain several years ago. Nothing worked. I tried: Plant Paradox, Bone Broth only, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Medical Medium, and more. Nothing worked. It wasn't until I did my first 48 hour fast that the pain went away and stayed away.
I have also struggled WITH my own body dysmorphia and accepting my own body most of my adult life.
I am not about pushing fasting on folks. But what I am about is helping you create a neutral relationship WITH food and your body. That's where the magical miracle-y results await you. When you start having a magical miracle-y relationship WITH food and your body, you start eating WITH your body instead of AT your body.
I am not about restricting what you eat either. I have tried restrictive diets and once off of them, I want to only eat the thing I wasn't allowed to eat. If you want to have your dessert, as I am a BIG fan of dessert, let's make it without refined sugar. Let's get creative.
I am about you getting the best, most tastiest, soul-nourishing dishes with little to no salt and refined sugar free desserts. I ran a pop-up cafe in my apartment in Korea, and cooking and eating soul-nourishing creations helped me find myself again during a super dark time. And this has been true again and again. I want to be able to do this WITH you on retreat, too.
