I created this video series for a girlfriend of mine originally. I thought she could watch a short video daily, do a daily task, and it would change her life. (She was super stressed out with her job.)
After spending some time WITH my mom (who has dementia) during Thanksgiving, I realized life is too short. I also realized while watching her that her dementia gently nudged her to be in the moment. She was neither focused on the past nor worried about the future.
She simply couldn't be anywhere but in the present.
I wanted to remember daily moments in my life and at the same time, and help people do the same.

I wanted to share snippets of how I was able to do all of that in a short amount of time. And how you can do it too!
You can change your mindset to achieve whatever it is you want and more in 2020 and any year after that. Yes, it is possible.
