Our Comfort Food Philosophy
Awesome-tasting comfort food doesn't need to be bad for you. Like deep fried chicken. Yeah, it tastes great, but it is so freaking bad for you. We believe that comfort food can make you feel at home, bring you home, and there is seriouslyyyy nothing better than coming home to our comfort food WITH other awesome humans. We are also HUGE foodies. We seek out the bestest and yummiest food that is good for you, and make it even more comforting. Finally, we would LOVE to see more representation out there beyond European, New American catering. And well, cheese boards.

What we do
We bring you the highest quality food, organic where possible, and we use Asian comfort food as our starting point: Mainly Southern Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. It tastes good and it is good for you and your body. While you eat, we provide 3-4 coaching questions to help facilitate personal growth at the highest levels, too. We want to not only nourish your soul so deeply and so transformatively, but also your body so that both your soul and body will remember our comfort food and coaching questions for a lifetime. Warning: Magical Miracles may occur.
How we work
You and your community are badass change maker women. You're so badass maybe you have forgotten to re-prioritize good comfort food in your life. Shit happens. We wanna make sure good shit starts happening in the form of good comfort food from here on out. We will also provide 3-4 coaching questions for your group to help the conversation transform too.

The thing that I love about Kyla's food is that you can taste that there's presence, mindfulness, and consciousness inside of the food. It's healing because of it. Sometimes when I eat food that doesn't have that same energy in it, I can actually feel the energy of what's gone into it. When I eat Kyla's food, it leaves me with the feeling of nourishment, self love, joy, pleasure, and it's tangible with every single meal I've had of Kyla's. I think that one thing that's really unique and special is this quality of joy and nourishment that comes through. I've spent a lot of years in mindfulness meditation practice, so I have experience knowing what it feels like to be present with a task or words or connection. I know what it feels like to create something from a place of embodiment, or presence, or mindfulness. When I eat Kyla's food, I can feel that same presence and embodiment. Not to mention it's all organic and whole. I just feel good after eating her food for those reasons too."
